Adventures of the Corbières

Day 1-  Arrival at Maison Allène and check-in. 

Wine tasting of 6 local wines at Chai Mamita/ Guest Room, followed by a three-course dinner, with an aperitif and including 2 glasses of wine per person at restaurant After dinner, next door to the Guest Room, to spend the night. 

Day 2-  Breakfast at the Guest Room. Départ to Paraza.

Paraza is a small village along the famous Canal du Midi. It is surrounded by beautiful towns, like Roubia and Argens-Minervois.  Pick up your bicycle for a ride of approximately 44 kilometers.  The ride starts in the direction of Roubia, following the path along the Canal du Midi.  You will cross the beautiful towns of Argens Minervois, Escales, Castelnau d’Aude, Tourouzelle, Homps, and Olonzac. Possibility to have lunch along the Canal. You can complete your tour with an olive oil tasting at Moulin de la Restanque or at Château Pique-Perlou. Return to Lézignan-Corbières. Dinner at a restaurant, spend the night in Guest Room. 

Day 3 - Breakfast at Guest Room, then leave for Flyzone, indoor skydiving flight simulator.

Discover the joy of flying and floating on air, thanks to a very safe and unique wind tunnel system. After this, leave for Lagrasse, discover the town on foot and visit the beautiful abbeys.  Lunch at the Restaurant, followed by a visit to the museum 1900, with a tasting of different kinds of vinegar and olive oils. Return to Lézignan-Corbières.
